Personal touches are so powerful in our business, but how can we KEEP TRACK of all of that information?
Making customer calls can really help grow your team's volume and sense of community, but how can we remember WHO to call and WHEN?
Don't forget the amazing Customer Road Map for implementing great customer service into your business! How can we keep track of where each team member is in their cycle and REMEMBER TO DO IT?
There are two ways to stay organized. The first is to have a planner. Getting a great planner where you can keep notes of things to accomplish for the week, and who you will call, will help you be successful.
The second way is to use an app on your phone or website that has a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) feature. This is a place where you can input information about your customer and keep track of where they are in your Road Map. Just enter in reminders for tasks for each customer to help you stay on track.
Wellness Advocate Jennifer Maynard loves using her CRM, and said "Having a CRM has been a game-changer for me. Before, I had a really tough time keeping up with leads and where I was in the process with my customers. Had I done a follow up appointment with them? Did I still need to schedule? Who did I meet at the Vendor Event? This all changed with the CRM. I am able to track people, assign call dates, and with the one I use, I keep all notes...AND EVERYTHING is viewable from my phone!"
Rhoda Kutche, another Wellness Advocate, uses her CRM as she calls people. "I use it in a very simple way – when I call customers, I have their contact page open and record the details of what we've gone over. I type in the details like the names of their family members and the issues, challenges, or wins that we're talking about. The CRM keeps track of all of that so that when I talk to them again, I open the page and get reminders of exactly what we've talked about. I can also set reminders to reach out again in a week or a month if I left a message. It gets all those details out of my head and onto the computer."
QUESTION – HAVE YOU USED A CRM BEFORE WITH YOUR BUSINESS? IF SO, WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT IT? IF NOT, HOW DO YOU THINK THIS TOOL WOULD HELP YOU BE MORE SUCCESSFUL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE?
